About Par-Lor

Started my career as a banker, trying to keep my mouth shut and work.  I then found myself couldn’t resist the temptation to WINE: how it revolutes, how it is as the gift from God, how it blends in the spirit of nature and human effort. Most importantly, how wine marries well with FOOD, my another favourite.

Based in Hong Kong. Currently the WSET diploma student and CMS student, a free-style wine & food blogger, have involved in wine & beverage course design and course materials for vocational training in Manila. Feel free to involve me in all wine related freelance and writing, happy to share my experience on any media.
